Studer A816 Master Recorder received

        Fully serviced and performance upgraded A816 Master Recorders arrived!  Actually they are the last analog master recorder designed by Studer and only for German market.  Heard "16" of A816 means it is the direct replacement project (M16) for TFK M15a.  

        They have the same footprint.  And... of course, only B wind (Oxide out) configuration existed.

        經過一年多的等待以及收尋, 總算把基本的模組收齊了: WSW 811301 x2, Eckmiller W85 x2 & W86a x2. 但由於811301需要供電, 所以下一步是準備它的power supply以及Racking design. 

        這些模組可說是50s/60s德系專業錄音中頂級的設計.  使用於當時的DG/Decca/EMI/TELDEC等的錄音console之中.  這樣的組合可以發出什麼樣的聲音呢?  期待!
